CONSTAT

When there is a car crash, the drivers have to produce a report that explains the causes of the accident. It must be signed by both parties and is then used by the insurance companies to determine responsibilities. Insurance companies supply drivers with prepared constats which need to be filled out and sent within 5 days of the accident.
